By placing an order through Big Sky ASICS, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to maintain transparency with our customers regarding our shipping methods and procedures.

Order Confirmation:

Once the order is placed and confirmed, the in-stock items will be shipped to their destination within 2 – 4 weeks.

The products that are available on-demand, or pre-ordered, will be shipped once they reach our distribution center.

Order Acknowledgment:

An order is confirmed only when 100% payment is made. The payment can be securely made through a credit card. When the receipt is issued for a confirmed order, it is dispatched within 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.

Tracking:

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that will include tracking information for your selected products. The carrier service will take up to 24 – 48 hours to send you an update after which you may track your order.

  • Any delay on updates from the carrier services has no reflection on Big Sky Asics’ services. Due to a high volume of shipments, carrier services often face delays.

Delivery:

Depending on your shipping address, and product availability in our warehouses, your order will arrive from our distribution centers in the USA, UAE, or China. The estimated time of delivery will alter according to the assigned distribution center and delivery address.

Delays:

International ports may cause delays due to a high volume of backed-up shipments. Big Sky Asics holds no responsibility for the delay caused by carrier services or natural & external factors.

Lost Shipment / Damaged Delivery:

Any lost shipment through the carrier services will not be the responsibility of Big Sky Asics.

  1. Our team will coordinate with the involved parties and attempt to solve the issue. Such situations have the least probability of taking place and can be resolved once reported. In a case, in which the shipment is lost, our customer care will be at your service.
  2. Any damaged product during delivery falls under the free warranty of 6 months provided by Big Sky ASICs on your purchase.
  3. You may get in touch with our customer care and ship the damaged item to our Repair facility. The product will be repaired under warranty and will not be exchanged.
  4. The cost of shipping the damaged product to the repair facility will be borne by the customer.

Returned Deliveries:

Occasionally parcels are returned to us as not delivered. After confirming with the customer we will re-dispatch the order. Any and all additional charges shall be borne by the customer for re-dispatching.

The shipment will be undelivered in any of the following cases:

  1. The address provided at the checkout is incorrect or outdated.
  2. The address format is incorrect and our system fails to recognize the way an address was entered.
  3. Our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If the parcel is not successfully received, they will return it to us.
  4. A recipient may refuse the delivery believing it is being delivered to him/her/them by mistake.
  5. If a shipment is damaged while it is on its way to the customer, the carrier may return it without attempting delivery.

Distribution Centers:

Big Sky Asics has distribution centers in the USA, UAE, and China. The latter holds our biggest distribution center in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Depending on the availability of miners and various products, we dispatch orders from respective centers.

Shipping Cost for Local & International Deliveries:

The final receipt of the order will reflect international tax, duties, and value-added tax if applicable for delivery within the US.

For delivery to a non-US address, taxes and duty will be determined when the order arrives at the customs office of the country. Hence, the tax will not be mentioned during checkout.

Big Sky Asics holds no responsibility for the tax added to your purchase The cost will vary according to the custom policy of the country we are shipping to.

Missing or Incorrect Item:

If an incorrect item has been delivered to the customer, he/she/they must contact customer care within 24 hours after they have received the shipment. Note:

  • The incorrect product received should be kept sealed in its original packing.
  • Any additional shipping fees will be borne by the Big Sky Asics.
