We do not facilitate returns and refunds on purchases. All orders are finalized once they are confirmed.

All items are extensively examined and inspected by our team of qualified technicians before shipping to make sure there is no malfunctioning or damage.
Our priority is quality which encourages no need for returns.


Once the order is confirmed, it is cleared for transit and cannot be cancelled.

If the items develop a fault after delivery, for the first 6 months the purchase falls under the free warranty provided by Big Sky Asics. After getting in touch with our customer care, you may send the item to our Repair facility.

  • Any and all additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Damaged/Faulty items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Sometimes manufacturers provide direct support to end-users for the best support on their products. Our customer care may refer you to a manufacturer, if in their expert opinion that would be most beneficial for your product(s).


Big Sky Asics offers warranty certificates of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, and 5 years. According to your chosen period, we offer you the service of our Repair Facility. You will find further information regarding the warranty policy here.


Our Repair Facility is open to the world but our customers will always get priority service. All items bought from Big Sky Asics are eligible for our services.
